Prices 2015-2016

Cost of an extra bed or baby-bed:  € 7,50 per night

Prices include use of bed linen, towels and kitchen towels. Prices subject to change.

Conditions

Reservations and payment of the rent

Bookings can be made by email or telephone.
We confirm the reservation within 7 days. Your reservation is final  after 25% of the rent is paid into our bank account, unless otherwise agreed.

The balance payment must be received two weeks before the start of the rental period .
If the booking is  within two weeks before start of the rental period,  the entire sum must be payed at once.

What is included in the rent

In the apartment rental includes:

• Consumption of gas, water, heating and electricity
• VAT, Tourist tax, reservation costs
• Bedding
• Towels / kitchen towels
• Use a dishwasher
• Use of sauna (apartment 3, Summerhouse)
• Bike storage (including loading point)

Pets
Take your pet is not allowed, unless otherwise agreed.

Weekend (Friday to Monday)
Arrival at Friday from 03:00 pm. If you  arrive after 08:00 pm please contact us (00316-53366756)
Departure  on Monday before 11.00 am, unless otherwise agreed

Midweek (Monday to Friday)
 Arrival at  Monday from  03:00 pm. If you arrive  after  08:00 pm please contact us (00316-53366756)
Departure Friday before 11.00 am.

Week (Monday to Friday or Monday to Friday)
Arrival Monday / Friday from 03:00 pm. If you arrive after 08:00 pm, please contact us(00316-53366756)
Depart Monday / Friday before 11.00 am.

Liability
The  person named in the rental confirmation is responsible for an orderly course of events in and around the farm. Broken / missing or damaged inventory or property should therefore immediately be paid   t.
No responsibility is accepted by us for loss, theft, damage or accidents caused to persons or property during or as a result of the stay on the property.

Cancel
If  for some reason you cannot commence or continue your stay payments are also your cancellation costs,.
You should therefore  obtain a cancellation insurance by yourself.

Safety
For your and our safety   as well as clauses in the insurance policy,  it’s forbidden to smoke or use open fire in all areas.

General reservation
All prices on the website of Helena Hoeve Logies are subject to change.
Obvious errors and omissions on this site do not bind us. This supersedes all previous publications.
