The apartment het Koetshuis (the Coach house) is situated on two floors. On the ground floor you find the lounge with dining area and kitchen. Situated in the hall is one of the two toilets within the apartment. Sitting in the sitting room you have a good view on the polders of Schalkwijk.
On the first floor you find the double bedroom, bathroom, shower and toilet. You will also find a walk-in closet on the first floor.
